Gail founded what became Hardware Distribution SA in 2002 and has responsibility for the overall management, strategy and business development of Hardware South Africa. She also acts as the Information Officer of the company in terms of POPIA.
With strong leadership ability, sharp business development skills and technical comprehension, Gail leads the team to achieve their growth targets. With a passion for technology and natural entrepreneurial skills, Gail has been key in driving the success of the business over the years.

Venessa joined the Hardware Team in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of business leadership experience specifically in the areas of business strategy and people management. Venessa is highly skilled in strategic sales management and business turnaround, with a 30 year proven track record as a results-driven leader who is passionate about business development and growth.
With both a BCom in Accounting and Business Management and an MBL, Venessa brings vast business experience and financial acumen to the Hardware team.

Dakalo brings over 18 years of solid, hands-on experience in the ICT industry, having worked with several highly reputable IT distributors and managed a wide portfolio of globally recognised technology vendors.
As the H3C Product Manager, she plays a key role in driving product strategy, customer engagement, and market growth ensuring that partners and clients receive the right solutions, the right support, and the right value at every stage.
With experience managing accounts ranging from SMEs to Tier 1 enterprises, Dakalo has developed a sharp ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that strengthen long-term relationships and business success.
Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, exploring nature, and reconnecting with the outdoors. While she may appear quiet at first, those who know her quickly discover a bold, energetic, and dynamic personality a natural team motivator who inspires collaboration, creativity, and results.

With her wealth of Elaine has over 20 years experience in the Fibre Optic Industry. She started in distribution in the infancy of fibre optics in South Africa.
With her wealth of knowledge in the Fibre Network Industry, Elaine specialises in growing existing customers and looking for new business opportunities. Having Happy customers is her goal! Elaine is married with 2 wonderful boys and her dog to keep her busy.

Nilesh has over 25 years of experience in the ICT industry, having worked in different spheres of the ICT landscape enables him to add value to our customers. He started at Hardware Distribution in July 2023 focusing mainly on Africa & Indian Ocean Islands but also managing and growing the South African customer base.

Hailing from Cape Town, Jill has spent the past 30 years working across various fields within the IT distribution industry, gaining extensive experience in Sales, Account Management, and Operations. She joined Hardware in 2014 and, as one of our key Account Managers, primarily looking after our coastal regions. Over the years, she has successfully grown her customer portfolio significantly, building strong relationships and delivering consistent results.

Stasi has over 20 years of experience in a variety of sales roles across numerous industries from financial services to IT. She joined Hardware in 2019 and has rapidly expanded the companies client base and rebuilt relationships with past customers.
Cold calls, networking and customer liaison are her forte. She is known as a multitasking whiz! Argentine Tango is her passion and also her sanity.

Rouché supports the smooth day-to-day operations at Hardware Distribution by combining front-desk responsibilities with logistics support. As the first point of contact, he provides professional assistance to customers, and internal teams.
He is responsible for logistics coordination, including stock receiving support, courier bookings and follow-ups, documentation, inventory assistance, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time. Rouche also handles general office administration and reception duties.
Known for his attention to detail, strong organisation, and tech-savvy, systems-focused approach, Rouché manages multiple priorities effectively under pressure while maintaining a high standard of service.
