Hardware Distribution, based in Johannesburg, South Africa, is a premier value-added distributor of networking and fiber products, serving Telcos, Fiber Network Operators, ISPs, enterprises, and SMB markets. We are a BEE Level 4 contributor, with 30% black women ownership.
Gail founded what became Hardware Distribution SA in 2002 and has responsibility for the overall management, strategy and business development of Hardware South Africa. She also acts as the Information Officer of the company in terms of POPIA.
With strong leadership ability, sharp business development skills and technical comprehension, Gail leads the team to achieve their growth targets. With a passion for technology and natural entrepreneurial skills, Gail has been key in driving the success of the business over the years.
Venessa joined the Hardware Team in 2022, bringing with her a wealth of business leadership experience specifically in the areas of business strategy and people management. Venessa is highly skilled in strategic sales management and business turnaround, with a 30 year proven track record as a results-driven leader who is passionate about business development and growth.
With both a BCom in Accounting and Business Management and an MBL, Venessa brings vast business experience and financial acumen to the Hardware team.
Dakalo has over 18 years of extensive experience in the ICT industry and has worked with various reputable IT distributors, handling a vast majority of well-known industry vendors.
Managing accounts from SMEs to Tier 1 companies, she has developed a keen understanding of customer needs and works closely with them to ensure satisfaction.
When she is not working, she enjoys hiking, exploring nature, and connecting with the outdoors. Though she may seem quiet at first, she is a vibrant, energetic personality and an excellent motivator to the team, always encouraging collaboration and creativity.
With her wealth of Elaine has over 20 years experience in the Fibre Optic Industry. She started in distribution in the infancy of fibre optics in South Africa.
With her wealth of knowledge in the Fibre Network Industry, Elaine specialises in growing existing customers and looking for new business opportunities. Having Happy customers is her goal! Elaine is married with 2 wonderful boys and her dog to keep her busy.
Nilesh has over 25 years of experience in the ICT industry, having worked in different spheres of the ICT landscape enables me him to add value to our customers. He started at Hardware Distribution in July 2023 focusing mainly on Africa & Indian Ocean Islands but also managing and growing the South African customer base.

Hailing from Cape Town, Jill has been in various fields of IT Distribution over the last 30 years and has vast experience in Sales Account Management and Operations. Jill joined Hardware in 2014 and as one of our key Account Managers; she has grown her portfolio of customers significantly.
Always keen to learn Jill is also actively involved in implementing the marketing strategies at Hardware Distribution. Restoring furniture and home improvement keeps her happy.
Stasi has over 20 years of experience in a variety of sales roles across numerous industries from financial services to IT. She joined Hardware in 2019 and has rapidly expanded the companies client base and rebuilt relationships with past customers.
Cold calls, networking and customer liaison are her forte. She is known as a multitasking whiz! Argentine Tango is her passion and also her sanity.
Verosha recently joined the hardware team in a Sales Support role, she is very enthusiastic about sales and supporting the team. With over 10 years of sales and customer service experience she continuously expands her skills and knowledge.
Verosha’s key goals are to take teamwork and communication to the next level. She is a hardworking and driven individual who isn’t afraid to face a challenge. She is passionate and very serious about her work and achieving excellence.
Annalene started her career in the Financial Accounting environment in 1997 and has been involved in the mining, construction and auditing industry until 2021 when she joined the Hardware team as the Financial Accountant/Bookkeeper. Annalene also acts as Deputy Information Officer in terms of POPIA.
Passionate about debits and credits, she understands the importance of accurate and reliable financial data. Annalene loves the outdoors, travelling and golf.

Chloe recently joined the hardware team in the Logistics department. She is friendly, enthusiastic, and always eager to contribute, displaying a level of maturity beyond her years.
Chloe is responsible for supporting the logistics team in receiving stock, processing documentation, and ensuring orders are delivered on time with accuracy. Her duties include general office administration, reception, and assisting with inventory management. She is hungry for growth and knowledge, enjoys a challenge, and is always looking for ways to improve efficiency.
Chloe is an avid Formula 1 fan who loves discussing races and analyzing strategies. She also gyms regularly to stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
